"Send Link" email information

I would like to have a "Help" button in the top bar where "exit" and other options appear. The "Help" button would just launch a local email client in much the same way as "Send Link" functions. I may even be able to use the "Send Link" option but have not been able to properly edit the email content, such as URL Link, etc. or have a predetermined email address in the "To:" field of the email.
I have fooled with the Template XML to change wome wording, but am unsure if I can make the needed modifications for a standard launch of the email client. Any idea would be appreciated.

Any idea if this can be done? Anyone?
Since I haven't received a response, I can only assume there is no answer to this question. I have however, figured out a wor-around as long as I have a couple FAQs to add. I made FAQs in Engage as a Player Tab and made the fist entry with a mailto: hyperlink. Works fine.

Is there a way to edit the automatically generated email when using the "Send Link" feature in Presenter? If so, how? Thanks!
