Yes, you sure can. If you Send to Presenter Package, that will include your custom template used in the project (saved in the .PPTA file) and can be saved by another developer.
You can also manually send the templates from these locations:
Thanks! This is working for one of my co-workers, but, not the other. She is getting all blank results on the publish screen, and the template isn't there as an option. Any ideas on what's going on?
Sorry, I mean when she clicks on "Publish" the window that comes up has all the fields, but, nothing is filled in, and when she clicks the elipses for the template, the template used in the package does not show up.

Location of player templates, color schemes, logos, playlists and presenters
Thanks, if I use the package option, will they only have to open the package and the template will be saved on their computer for future use?
Sure thing. They would need to save the in-template project to use in future projects, as described here:
Use a player template that displays (In Project) in other presentations

Hi Bethre,
Can you clarify what you mean by "all blank results on the publish screen?" Do you mean her published content is completely blank after publishing?
Sorry, I mean when she clicks on "Publish" the window that comes up has all the fields, but, nothing is filled in, and when she clicks the elipses for the template, the template used in the package does not show up.
Can you have her restart her computer & see if that resolves the issue? If not, please submit a support case to us by using the link below:
