Sending 'cmi.suspend_data' call without customer prompt


Is there a way that the 'cmi.suspend_data' call can be sent (or embedded somewhere) to our LMS without being promoted by the user? So I guess im asking is can always be sent no matter what? 

We are bascally trying to get the resume prompt away from the customer, to eliminate the accidental clicking of 'no' when prompted to continue where they left off and loosing their data. Our LMS is receiving the call OK when yes is clicked. Im wondering if I am missing some thing on this?

Any assistance would be much appretiated.
