Hi I've been reading posts published here over the last years on the issue of time on slides. I've been asked to build a course (I use Presenter '13) and it needs to last 4 hours for compliance reasons. The course has no audio, a few videos, animations and Engage interactions + final assessment.
I've set the properties to Restricted view. How can I setup the course in order to be sure a learner cannot end the course without having studier for 4 hours? I really don't believe in this kind of setup but I have no choice.
If your course navigation is restricted, my first thought would be to change the slide length time by going to Options > Publish like this:
That will force the learner to stay on each slide for a specific amount of time. If your course needs to be viewed for 4 hours, you can divide 14,400 seconds by how many slides you have to get the minimum time to set.

Hey Muriel!

Hope that helps!
