Setting up template question

Feb 17, 2015

Hello,

I'm using Studio 13 but it's been awhile since I've had a fiddle with Articulate....I need some real basic help.

Is there a way to set up a template (or otherwise) so that the default settings is that the user has to advance the next screen (not automatically) and also so that the Presenter shows for the entire course?  It's a real pain to have to go into the slide properties and manually change each slide, especially since there are a couple hundred of them.

I feel like a noob again!

Cheers

Dave

Hi Dave,

There isn't a way to set a default, but you can update a number of slides at once within the slide properties:

To edit multiple slides at the same time, do any of the following:

  • To change the advance behavior for all slides in your course, press Ctrl+A to select all the slides, then click the Advance hyperlink in the Properties panel on the right side of the window.
  • To change the advance behavior for consecutive slides, select the first one in the series, hold down your Shift key, and click the last slide in the series. Then click the Advance hyperlink in the Properties panel on the right side of the window.
  • To change non-consecutive slides, select the first one, hold down your Ctrl key, and click the others. Then click the Advance hyperlink in the Properties panel on the right side of the window.
