Skewed Content Once Published

Help, please!  I'm publishing a course from Presenter; upon completion, when I select 'view presentation', and viewing, my course looks perfect and as expected.  However, when I launch the course from the Presenter Output folder, I notice my content is somewhat skewed.  This happens from time to time.  In this case, the presenter output version is not displaying any of the bullets within my bullet points, in other cases, the bullets are discolored from what I actually have in my course, and so on.  Also, the presenter box, in the 'view presentation' version, all looks as expected, however, in the 'presenter output' version, the title doesn't wrap and inadvertently is cut off.  Can anyone help me understand these differences and how to resolve them?  Thanks in advance!
