I have slides with an image and slide title. When I click to view in Slideshow mode, everything is placed where it should be. When I Preview in Presenter mode, the Title box is moved over and cut off on the right. I haven't been able to fix it.
I can see the issue that you are reporting and I have submitted this to our support team on your behalf to further investigate. You should be hearing from someone (via e-mail) soon.
Hi Sonya! I just popped in to check on your case and it looks as if Karla was able to assist you and it was simply a font issue. Glad that you were able to get some assistance :)
I also have display inconsistencies. When I work in the office, using a regular monitor, everything is fine but when I work from home either using my laptop or 23" monitor, the display does not show correctly. For instance, the background of one slide is supposed to be orange but when at home, only small portions are orange. Then when I published and viewed it back, character's heads were not aligned with their bodies.
Thanks for sharing your file and allowing us to take a look.
I'm not seeing any beheaded characters, but based on your description I would advise that you check your DPI settings.
Storyline 2 requires Microsoft Windows to use 96 DPI (dots per inch). If Windows is using a different DPI setting, you may experience erratic behavior. You can read more about that here and grab some instructions if needed.

Hi Sonya!
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package here for us to have a look at?
Hi,
I took out a bunch of the slides, to make the size smaller, but you should get an idea.
