Hi Deborah, and welcome! It almost looks like the player is trying to display the content in No Sidebar view. Can you try going to Player Templates > Layout, and see what the starting view is? If you want the sidebar to appear, make sure the starting view is set to Standard View like below.
Hi Jeanette and thanks! Your suggestion worked!! Originally, the presentation opened on no sidebar view, which was the template setting, and went to standard view on the second screen. But on the last version, the customer asked for standard view from the start. I made the change in slide properties, rather than the template - I have no idea why Anyway, thanks again for the fix and the speed of your reply. I really appreciate it! Deborah
