I have created a couple courses using Articulate 360 and am having issues with the navigation. I am having trouble with locking the slides and having the learner click on the next button to advance the slide. For some reason, when I lock the slides, the learner cannot move to the next slide after the audio has completed.
Did you set to restricted if you have set the timeline restricted as well you will need to ensure the timeline is pulled back to the start of the audio
That looks like it is setup right. This is a stab in the dark but the new timeline feature may be going beyond the audio have you tried opening one slide and checking if there is time after the audio, or does the seeker continue after the audio stops?
Yes, I use the timeline to sync the audio and it works fine. It is just the navigation controls. Can you please escalate this for me?
Thanks,
Jamie

I did not set restricted. I see in the playerwhere you can do that, but I have not set it.
How are you locking the slides?
In my navigation controls, the only 2 options I have are Free and Locked.
I am going to send you a screenshot.
Please see the attached.

Here is the player set up.
See attached.
Hi, the seeker stops at the end of the audio.
I have tried everything I can think of to make this work. Could this be a problem with my Presenter trial download?
I had a co-worker try to fix this and he is having the same problem as me. I sent him the file and he tried to fix it and had no luck.
It is doing this on every slide. Not just the first slide, so I don't think the audio is a problem.
Hi,
Can you please let me know what I need to do next? I need to get this working ASAP.
I think it is set up correctly, you may need a support case to fix it. Did you use the timeline to sync your audio?

Hi Jamie,
It looks like you already have a case open with our team and Ryan helped out to get everything working again!
Hi,
Yes, it is fixed now. You can close the ticket.
Thanks you,
Jamie
