Thanks! I just send the course Package. 

I am running PPT 2010 on Windows XP Professional. I am running the Articulate Presenter '09 trial version 6.3.1103.112 Pro

I appreciate your help as I am trying to 'sell' the department I support on Articulate as our eLearning development tool of choice.

Looks like the suggestion to repair a corrupted PPT file worked.

On my spot test, I can now see the notes in the Notes field. But I have to reupload my audio files. :(
