Why cant we have a PPT slide ratio as 16: 9 or 16: 10 while creating a Scorm file?
The system asks to use standard size as 4:3. Now days all Corporate PPTs are created with 16:10 ration. When we try to set it up and adjust it to 4:3, complete alignment gets disturbed and its a waste of rework time involved on a PPT.

Hello Sajid and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create for your project.
Presenter '09 only supports the 4:3 ratio as you can see in this documentation. The supported PowerPoint versions can be found here as well.
With PowerPoint 2013, the slide dimensions defaulted to 16:9 and we released Presenter '13 in September of 2013.
In both Presenter '13 and Presenter 360, you can choose your presentation/slide size and PowerPoint 2013 and higher are supported.
