I've created an Articulate presentation with narration and audio. It has been working fine until today. When I published my presentation, the first slide plays the music and narration until 7 seconds and then the entire presentation locks up. Any ideas?
Do you have some kind of specific event occurring at the 7-second mark? Like an animation?
Sounds like something is definitely funky with that specific slide - you may want to try removing it and seeing if the rest of the course plays back properly. If so, you might just need to recreate the faulty slide.
