I'm making a presentationon Presenter and I have voice over clips talking about the material on each slide. Is there a way to make it that the user has to listen to the whole voice clip before proceeding to the next slide?
Kind of but not really... When there is a clip playing in the background the user can easily skip the clip and move onto the next slide without listening to the whole clip. I want the user to listen to the whole clip, then proceed to the next slide. Do you know what I mean? Like is there a way that the next and previous buttons appear after listening to the clip? Or is it by default that they can be either present or not.
I should mention that I am using Presenter/ PowerPoint for my presentation and not Storyline. I've downloaded the file but it doesn't open with Presenter or PowerPoint. :S
You can see the 3 slides? The second slide just has 'silence' as the audio to demonstrate the lack of ability to move off of the slide before the timeline is complete.

Hi Tim!
Have you looked into Restricted Navigation? Check out this tutorial as I think that this is what you are looking for.

Hi Tim!
I put a brief example of what I am sharing with you. I am unable to skip past until the timeline is finished.

That example was Presenter '13. Are you utilizing Presenter '09?
That's weird, because I am using Presenter '13. Any idea why it my not be opening?
Are you unzipping prior to accessing the file?
Yes I did.I open up the document and there is nothing on it. No audio attached.
Never mind! I got it to open properly. And yes this is what I want to do! How do you do this!

I simply changed the navigation in the player to restricted as I shared above.
I shared the file so that you could see all of the settings :)
If you still have an issue, I could take a look at your Articulate Package if you'd like.
Awesome! It works! Thanks a bunch!
Have a great day!
