Slides Audio Problem

Hello,

I'm using Articulate Presenter for the first time and I experienced a strange behaviour.

Sometimes, you can hear the audio of two slides at once overlapped.

For example, it happens when you start the slide n.6 and you can hear also the audio of slide n.8.

After that, all seems to be messed up, because the slide n.8 (that starts clicking on number 6) goes its way and you can't control it with the buttons.

Notice that this slide has audio and animations synchronized, even if you can hear only the audio when you are viewing other slides...

I understand it could sound a bit weird.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Alea & welcome to Heroes,

If you have a published presentation in which audio from multiple slides is playing simultaneously, it may indicate that there are PowerPoint shapes (text boxes or objects) in your presentation that have been named with special characters. You can correct this issue. Here’s how:
