I'm working on my first project in Articulate and am having a problem. When I want to Preview my Powerpoint 2010 slides in Articulate, they are blank in the articulate template window (they do Publish ok though). Other Powerpoint files work fine, so I figure I must have something set incorrectly in my PowerPoint slides but I can't figure out what.
Its sounds like there may be an issue with that particular course. Would you mind sending us your files so we can take a closer look and help troubleshoot it? Here's how:
1) First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here.
2) Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form.
