Slides with embedded video failing to export

Hi all,

First time Articulate user here, thrown onto a project w/ zero experience with this software, so I'm kind of stumbling around in the dark. We have a presentation that's currently deployed online with video that's not playing. I'm trying to re-embed the video using the original PowerPoint file and video. When I went to make changes to this presentation, I was informed it needed to be upgraded (I'm guessing it was originally created with an older version of Presenter). This had the side-effect of removing the quiz that was embedded, but we can recreate that from the original file.

Unfortunately, once I'm able to edit the deck, while I can re-embed the video and preview that slide and everything seems to be fine, when I preview three slides (with that slide included as one of them), that slide is skipped entirely. This also happens when I try to publish the full stack using Presenter in PowerPoint. I've tried embedding both MP4 and FLV versions of this video, to no availthe slide is always skipped regardless of what format video I've embedded. Unfortunately the online video hosting solution we're using creates embed codes that won't work with Presenter (I get an error when I try to use them) so I have to embed the video locally from a file.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
