Some of the Hyperlink within Object doesn't work

Hi, I have an issue building the course with Presenter. Some of the object that I had in my slide deck with hyperlink doesn't work when I publish or preview it Articulate Presenter. But with typical PowerPoint preview it works just fine.

Anyone having this issue? and how can I fix it?

Below is the example of my hyperlink objects that I used and tested.

If they are grouped items then the hyperlinks will not work

Hello,

I have a image inserted in the ppt slide. It has a hyperlink to the next slide. But my hyperlinks is not working in the preview nor published output. Why is this happening?

I am using studio 360
