Hi there! I have tried everything and read through every post about this issue so I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have a few slides that have flv videos on them that are delaying instead of advancing immediately to the next slide when the video is over. The courses are set up restricted and videos are set to auto play.
I have tried to delete silent audio in the audio editor and it won't save the changes! I checked and nothing is disabled in my powerpoint settings so it's not that and there are no audio files associated. Just the flv.
I didn't create them - they were sent to me by a media company. There are only a few of them that are doing this (maybe 3 out of about 50.) I have a series of 6 courses that each contain about 10 videos each and this is the only course I'm having a problem in.
It's likely that the time code for the files in question were written incorrectly. If you have Video Encoder, you can correct it by converting the original source file in Video encoder, or by using a different program to convert the file.
Peter - I am having a similar problem but without a .flv file It is just a regular slide with animation. I know that the audio ends and i can see that the time has run out when I sync the animation to the audio. But when I publish the presentation, the slide just stops, does not advance and of course, I have this big audio gap before the next slide begins. It's happening in two places and I've never had this problem before.
Did the trouble slides previously have audio and synced animations? There's this older thread about Articulate Presenter holding onto original timings and durations regardless of what you do to re-edit the audio. Maybe copying the objects of the offending slides into a brand new slide would clear the issue?

Hi Nicole,
What program did you use to create the FLV files?

Hey Nicole,

Is that an option for you?

Any suggestions?
