Hi there...I've been using Presenter 09 with no problems...today, when I tried to update slide properties, Articulate just froze...a screen came up and said there was a problem with PPT...and that I should try to uncheck the add-in and check for updates...but, the program was working this morning...and now it just freezes...not good. Thx.
OK...so, now what is happening is that when I go to preview the slide, it's telling me it can't access a website...but I am not trying to access a website...egads.
OK...so, here is the scoop...things only go wrong when I try to update the sidebar navigation...each time I revise and make changes, press OK...there is no response...and PP freezes...what could be happening in the navigation sidebar for this to happen? I cannot uninstall Office, I am afraid, which is what the link tells me to do. Thx. Michele
Are you able to repair your Studio software? That's a good first step to start with since you mentioned not being able to uninstall Office, but in the link Bruce shared with you - that's the recommended step. Could you connect with an IT person to help you uninstall Office?
