After I record a webcast, I find the sound quality to be good. But then after I publish the webcast the sound takes on a tinny echo chamber sound. I have tried two different headsets and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Currently I am using a Logitech headset. Does anyone else have this problem? Are there settings I can change? Does anyone recommend a headset that doesn't lead to this problem?
The default audio export setting is 'optimised' for web delivery, and is just 28kbps lossy, hence the tinny sound. You can change the audio export settings in Presentation Options | Quality - try 128kbps as a bitrate as that usually produces a decent quality stream.

Hi Lynn,
Can you tell me more about your project? Is the audio recorded in Articulate itself or is it being recorded in another program?
