Sound transition between slides lost when preview/publish
Feb 09, 2012
I have entered some sounds in the slide transitions (Animation) in PowerPoint, but when I preview or publish the slides, the sounds are lost. Same result for my imported sounds or sounds provided with PowerPoint (2007).
I do hear the clicks, for example, in my Engage tabs interaction, and the sounds I've assigned for quiz pass/fail results, but not slide transition sounds.
I have set the slides to be advanced by User, so they click to transition between slides."On Mouse Click" is selected for "Advance Slide" (rather than "Advance Automatically").
My client wants some simple sound as feedback as learners click along, hope there is a solution!
Thank you.

Hi Marilyn,
Unfortunately, Articulate Presenter does not support slide transitions. For a list of supported animations, please see:

Bummer!!
But thanks for responding quickly.
I would add this to my Articulate wish list then. It's so superior at preserving other PowerPoint features, it would be great if it could provide this someday as well.
Thanks for the input, Marilyn And remember, we love feature requests:
