The steps to do that would be pretty much the same in Presenter '09. I have used that process in the past and it is a quick way to edit your audio over the course of the whole presentation in one step. Some folks prefer to do their editing outside of Presenter using something like Audacity. If you do your editing outside of Presenter, you can apply some more advanced audio techniques like the ones outlined here.
