I get this message when I try to import audio. I tried all of the items in the below article. I even created a brand new powerpoint file and brought in my slides from the course. After doing that, I was able to import audio for a short time. Now the error message is back. How do I get the error message to go away permanently?
Sorry to hear that you are having continued difficulty. You mention that you were able to import into a new file and things were working again, but did you ever conduct a repair of your software as detailed here?
Yes, I did a repair - everything that was suggested in that article. Then I
rebooted my computer. Then I still got the error. So I brought the slides
into a blank PPT and was able to import audio for a little while, but then
today am not able to import audio again in the newly created file.
I assume you are on the latest update as well since that is mentioned in the article. I would recommend that you work with our support team here so that we can see if there is anything showing in a log that may shed some light on the situation.
Thanks for letting me know Beth! I see where your case has been submitted (00793202) and you should be hearing from someone soon. I'd be happy to follow along as well.
Hi Beth! I peeked in at your case today and it looks like Vevette was able to get you in working order and you will update us if you have the issue again to dig a bit deeper :)
Oh, I must have misunderstood Beth (that's what happens when you're outside looking in sometimes), I thought you were able to import into a new file and be in working order. Thanks for continuing to work with the team either way.

I will submit a case. Thank you.

Hi Beth!
I just popped in to check on your case and it looks like you are still working with Vevette. I will continue to follow along.

Hi,
Actually, I had created a workaround. She wasn't able to fix the file and
asked me to contact her/Articulate if I ran into the problem again.
