I use Articulate Studio 13 - if I have content that was created in Storyline, would i be able to open and edit this successfully with Studio 13, for which I have Presenter, Quizmaker and Engage?
To the best of my knowledge, you cannot edit Storyline content in Studio '13. Once the update is available, you will be able to import content created in Studio '13 into Storyline but you can't import content created in Storyline into Presenter.

Can you clarify which update will allow for compatability between Articulate Studio '13 and Storyline?
We have not announced that there will be an update that will enable the support of Studio '13 content in Storyline 1.
At the moment, the best option is to publish your Studio '13 content, upload it to a web server and insert it into Storyline as a web object. This also works the other way around for Storyline content used inside of a Studio '09 or Studio '13 project.
