I tested this content and it works perfectly in preview and when loaded to an LMS. But when I output to web and upload to my website all I get is this:
Have you ever come across this? very strange. Its probably something with web host, but they have no clue so am hoping someone in the community might have an idea?

using filezilla, changed to binary, re-uploaded still got the same issue, but it is definitively the problem identified in the KB you directed me to, because I get the SLIDE 100 of 160 PRESENTATION COMPLETE

OK, tried uploading from articulate's ftp client as well, but it keeps failing, even though I can ftp via filezilla. any suggestions please?
