Studio 09 Problems - SCORM Courses

Is Studio 09 going to be updated or is it going away? I've not seen a update in a while. I'm having issues with Presenter SCORMED courses not marking the course complete in our LMS. I'm not sure this has anything to do with Presenter because we have updated the LMS and the Servers recently.
Is it possible that the Studio 09 SCORM settings are now out of date?
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
It's happening on all of our Presenter courses but a third of them are not marking the course complete. We don't seem to be having this problem with Storyline.

Hi Marty! We are currently on Update 9. We did have a known issue with tracking related it IE10, so not sure if that is what you are experiencing and if so, you can get the updater here.
We are using IE9 but we are having tracking problems. We have installed the most recent update. We are trying to diagnose the problem but until we do we are no longer using Studio 09. This may impact our decision to upgrade Studio 13.

You can check out our knowledge base article here, but this seems to be an issue with IE9 and not Studio '09. There is a lengthy thread here as well where other users have had issues.
