How about audio volume. I have video on 90% of all my slides in the Presenter Panel and about 10% of the slides are bumpers with intro narration. I have .wav files imported into the bumper slides but the audio is very low and scratchy, any thoughts?
Hi Gordon. I would make sure you are using the recommended WAV files as noted here. The article provides information on how to convert your files if they are not in the recommended format.
Can you please send us your project files so we can take a closer look? That would be the WAV file you are having an issue with, your PowerPoint file and your PPTA file.
