Every single file and folder in the Articulate Projects folder under My Document was deleted! Fortunately I have my machine backed-up, so I restored them.
This is the first I heard of this, and I'm happy to hear that you had all your files backed up so you were able to recover them! Presuming you followed the directions here to install, was there anything different or unique about how you went through your install?
My install was fast and entirely uneventful. I had no idea my stuff was gone until after I published a new pptx with an embedded Engage that was done while using 9 and got an error over not being able to locate it. That was when I found the folder empty.
Well, hopefully this is the only instance we'll hear of it! If you think of other things that may have been different about your set up (particular programs running, location of install, etc.) that may help us figure out what happened and help other users please feel free to let us know here. I'm just glad you follow good procedures in terms of backing up your files!
