Studio 13 Update 3

I saw a post a few weeks ago and now I can't find it, so I apologize if this was already addressed.
I updated Studio 13 to version 3 and upon opening PowerPoint I got an error that said that the Articulate add-on could not be loaded. I tried the solutions listed - checked that the add-on wasn't disabled, downloaded other updates, though I have a 64-bit computer and sometimes that is what causes issues. This is a work laptop, so I don't have access to update certain things.
Either way - the update doesn't matter because now I am getting a new work laptop! So, I will need to reinstall the software on the new unit. But, I can't de-activate my Studio 13 license because it won't load. What should I do?

Most of these installation issues have been resolved by uninstalling and re-installing.
If you are going to be starting on a new laptop, just uninstall from your current one and re-install on the new one.
