I've had several of my users report an issue with the latest module I published to our LMS from the updated Studio 13. Some users have described it as a buffering problem or a sudden stop in the presentation. They have to close out and restart several times before they are able to complete the module.
I haven't heard of this problem with the other modules (pre-update) on our LMS.
I have not tried it on SCORM cloud. The issue as reported is coming from LMS users, but does seem to be sporadic in nature as I'm not getting it from all users.
Hey Steve. If the issue is sporadic, maybe we can nail down a few variables that will link these folks together. Any ideas what browsers they're using? From what sort of device they're connecting? Even if clearing their browsing history helps?
And to piggy back onto Leslie's comment, I'd go ahead and give it a go in SCORM Cloud, or even have a couple of your troubled users try it out there as well to see how it behaves. We'd be happy to help you, too, if you want to share your file.
I just ran the file on SCORM Cloud and it says everything is OK.

I use Chrome and have never experienced the problem.
Could this be a problem with the LMS we use? We are currently using Litmos and I can't say that I'm a fan. Have any other Articulate users had difficulties with the Litmos LMS?
Hi Steve- Thanks for the update here! If you weren't able to reproduce the issue in SCORM Cloud I would definitely recommend reaching out Litmos for further investigation. Please feel free to keep us updated here on what happens, as others may benefit from it as well.
I don't have any personal experience with Litmos, so I'll have to defer to the community on that one. Hopefully someone will be able to chime in with some personal insight. :)
I haven't had very much luck with Litmos support, so will probably just let it ride for now. I have lots of other users who don't seem to be experiencing the problem.
I would very much like to hear any comments about Litmos, if anyone else has experience with them...good or bad.
Thanks for letting me know, Steve. I did find a couple discussions here and here regarding Litmos, although they may be a little dated. Hopefully others will be able to pop in here with some thoughts as well.

Hi Steve!
Not sure that I've heard of an issue similar to this. Are you able to re-create in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
