Hi,
Firstly, thank you Articulate for the wonderful new product Articulate 360!!
I have a query; I imported a studio 13 file into studio 360. After publishing I noticed that the fonts and image clarity looked dimmed while viewing through chrome, but was very sharp and clear when viewed through Fire Fox.. Any idea why this could be?
While publishing I ensured to keep the image quality to the max.
Thanks
Sajna

Hi Sajna! I wouldn't expect such a difference between browsers that are both supported. How was your publishing set up in terms of HTML5 and Flash options? Also, what versions of Chrome and Firefox are you using?
Do you have the Studio '13 file we could view and test? Thanks in advance for the help on this one!
Hi,
I am attaching two screen shots for your review. The Firefox version i have is 49.0.2 and Chrome version is 54.0.2840.99 .
And yes the publishing was set up for html5 and flash options.
Hi,
I noticed the font issue also with SL 360. I opened a prev version through SL 360 and published to the web and opened the course through mobile; in some mobile devices the font appears normal but in some other mobile device the same font appears in italics...
Thanks
Sajna
Hi,
The issue with the font for SL 360 was resolved after we reinstalled the font.
Thank you
Glad you were able to get this sorted Sajna. Thanks for popping in with an update.
Thank you Leslie. However, the issue am facing with Studio 13 to studio 360 remains
Hi Sajna!
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share here privately.
Hi Leslie,
Looks like the client themselves have posted the issue to Articulate. The Case # is 00947469.
Thanks
Sajna
Thanks Sajna for including the case number for me to take a peek. It does look like Tim is working with Eloisa, but the issue has been raised to our QA Team for further review.
