Studio 360: Articulate Ribbon not responding in PPT

The Articulate toolbar will not respond when I click on any of the features. 

I have searched for and followed the advice in several other threads for this issue, and none of them have fixed the issue.

I uninstalled Studio, I did all the recommended steps with registry keys, I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Articulate suite, etc. etc. 

NONE OF IT HAS FIXED THIS ISSUE

I have an entire slideshow with narration that I built yesterday ready to publish, and today when I went to publish, the toolbar suddenly won't respond.

Is this how the tool works? Get all the way to the end and then kaput? Doesn't work anymore? I'm very frustrated and wishing I was working with a completely different authoring tool.
