Studio 360 Issues
Mar 01, 2019
Hello,
I am noticing some strange issues in the published presenter output which is browser related.
1. Custom bullet points (tick mark )are provided with Wipe animation
In the output -
in Chrome, the text appears first and then the bullet point and with the wipe animation.
in IE, the bullet and text appear together but without the wipe animation
2. There was a graphic shown with some animation and certain labels appear in synch with audio
In the output -
in chrome, there is overlapping of the labels (M3_Chrome)
in IE, it is fine (M3_IE)
I published the output to a web server and checked it.
Please let me know if we can resolve this.
Thanks
Sajna

Hi there, Sajna. Happy to help investigate these oddities with you!
Would you mind sharing your Articulate Package (even just the troublesome slides would be perfect) so I can try to replicate the behavior in both browsers? You can share it publicly in the forums here, or send it to me privately by using this upload link.
I'll delete it once we solve this puzzle!
Hello Katie,
Very sorry in the delay to respond. I was caught up with so many things. Ok, the issue I mentioned earlier corrected itself when I republished the course. However, the issue with bullet points still remain.
Thanks
Sajna
No apologies necessary, Sajna!
You mentioned that the bullet and text appear together but without the wipe animation in Internet Explorer. This is because the wipe animation isn't supported in Internet Explorer in the HTML5 output.
To work around this limitation, I would suggest using a different animation or viewing the content in a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for your reply. In Chrome, as mentioned earlier the text appears first and then the bullet symbol, with the wipe animation...
The client views the courses in IE and Chrome I guess.

Hi Sajna,
Thanks for clarifying that! Now I'm seeing the same issue in my own testing. Here's my sample file if you'd like to take a look.
I'm going to share this with my team to see how we can help. If I get an update, I'll pass it along to you!
Thank you Alyssa.
