I downloaded the Studio Presenter trial version some days ago. I was trying to follow the first tutorial, but every time I tried to use the content library I received an error report saying there is something wrong with articulate presenter and it might close. I've gotten this error each time I've tried to use it. Can you give me some guidance on how to fix this?
Hi there, Kandice. I wouldn't want your first experience with Articulate 360 to go like that -- I'm really sorry that you're getting that error message.
Let me see if I can help. First, tell me what version of PowerPoint you have. I'm guessing it's a supported version, but it's always good to doublecheck.
Also, I recommend running a repair of Presenter. I realize you just recently installed it, but go through these steps, including the rebooting, and see if that helps!
Have you installed Storyline? Do you get the same error when accessing the Content Library in Storyline?
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! I have PowerPoint 2016 and I don't know if it' s the problem or not.
I did run the repair of presenter and unfortunately, I got the same error message. Actually, I had no issues at all using the Content Library on Storyline. I completed the first tutorial which required you to include icons and characters without any problems.
Do you think it could be because this is the trial version?

Hi Kandice,
PowerPoint 2016 is a supported version, so I wouldn't expect that to be the culprit!
We'd like to dig into this a little more, so I've started a support case on your behalf. You'll receive an email from us soon with next steps!
