Studio13 - Software issues

Hi Articulate

We have installed Studio13 on 2 different computers and are experiencing system freezing and the Audio Editor not responding.  This issue is so bad that we have un-installed 13 and reinstall Studio 09 again.  We have Windows 7 and MS Office (32bit).

I notice that other users have also reported the same issues, do you have a solution to this issue?

Hi Christine,

Sorry to hear about the trouble!

Generally, I would recommend a repair or reinstall with these instructions to see if that fixes the problem. However, if you've already uninstalled, that method won't be possible. 

It looks like you're using the correct installation type of Office (32-bit), but which version (2007, 2010 or 2013, etc.) are you using? 

It might help to check the system requirements, just to ensure the system(s) you're using will properly run the new software:
