Submit a Support Case Not Working

I have tried multiple times to submit a support case.  Double checked the email, waited 60 seconds, etc.

Not able to get any emailed confirmation that my support case has been submitted.  Signed up for these community forums and I got the automated email right away.

Not sure why I can't submit a support case?  Any help?

Super frustrating when I need to submit a support case about submitting a support case. . .
