Sum Total LMS spawning a new window

Hello,
My name is Lara Smith and I work very closely with Jim Sporleder in creating the Distributed Learning Courses for our clients. I tried to join as my own member but haven't yet received an email with my next steps and when I try to login, it tells my I have an invalid email or password. Should I just wait and try to login tomorrow?
Also, one of our clients runs their course in SumTotal and they're reporting back to us that when they try to open the course, it's "spawning a new window." Is there a modification I can make so the new window won't open, it will all open in one window?
I'm very new at working with these DLCs and am learning along the way, so full detail explanations are very helpful

As for the community membership, can you please go ahead and fill out this ticket, and we'll make sure you're able to finish the process right away.
As for launching the course in a new window, from within Storyline, you can do that by changing the browser settings.
Thank you for your help with the trouble ticket! I did fill it out and submit it.
I found the setting in Presenter you captured a screenshot of above and unchecked it. When we uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud, it still opened in a new window. Is there something else I can do to address this problem?

Hi Lara
It may be that the default settings for the particular browser you're testing with are configured to open links in a new window.
You may want to try adjusting the default behavior for your browser when opening a link - I believe browser settings will override the Presenter settings...
