It seems that Presenter 09
only supports the default page setup in PowerPoint which is
On-screenShow(4:3). See this article. However, we use several ppt templates that use a 16:9 aspect ratio, and we'd like to be able to produce playback files in 16:9 aspect ratios, for delivery on YouTube as well as for better playback on modern HD monitors. Any plans for this in the next release of Studio?

Outstanding! It looks like several things we wanted are being added to '12, and I'd be happy to participate in the beta. Would really love to have that drag-and-drop QuizMaker functionality right now for a project I'm working on with one of my curriculum developers.
For reference, here's one example of how we've been using Studio '09 at Oracle. We have several other such "self-studies" available to the public on Oracle Learning Library.

I need this support, i created a entere course in 16:9, for my surprise, the Articulate don't reads this aspect.

This thread is a bit dated and Articulate Presenter '13 supports custom slide sizes. Here's how to change your presentation size.
