I am trying to upload an swf file to LMS. The file runs well locally on my laptop; however, when I view it in LMS, the swf file gets enlarged and goes out of window area, larger than its original dimensions on the slide.
The funny part is if I click the enlarge button on the bottom right of the articulate player or the next button (and come back to this screen), the swf file resizes to its orginal dimesion and fits correctly on the slide.
Need a solution to this problem where the swf file fits correctly at its first instance.
Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
