I accidently disconnected an audio SWF file for one of my slides and need to get the audio back. I tried to import it back but Presenter won't accept the SWF file. Has this happened to anyone? Do I need to convert the SWF to MP3 or another format and if so is there a free online tool to do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm assuming you mean that you no longer have the original audio file which would have been in a format other than .swf. However, if you do have a copy of the published .swf file there is a way yo pull the audio from the .swf.
Thanks Tom. This is exactly what I was looking for. Quick [stupid] question. I downloaded the SWFRIP zip file. What do I need to do to be able to use the application? I unzipped the file but it is just a bunch of files that don’t seem to get me to the application.
I didn't see an .exe file, either. But there is an option to browse files and that led me to this page where you can download the install file: swfrip-0.4-install.exe

Is there anyway to extract the audio from the swf without download software? Our company does not allow use to download even free software and it is a MAJOR hassle to get software approved and installed by the IT department
