swf files in Articulate Studio and Storyline

We are having a splash page with animations created for our group to use to brand our eLearning courses and the vendor needs some info that I am having a difficult time finding.  They need the following information for courses created in Articulate Studio and Articulate Storyline (1 and 2) (The answers I found are in red but I'm not sure if they are correct):

Flash animation – SWF file

                -pixel dimensions = 720 pixels by 540 pixels

                -max file size (k size)

                -frame rate = 30 frames per second

                -Flash version (and Action Script version) = 10.0 or lower

                -suggested length of motion graphics (min and max) = below 8 minutes, 53 seconds in duration

Any assistance you can provide will be much appreciated!
