My organization currently has two licenses for Articulate Studio '09. The license in my name is installed on my desk computer and in a conference room I use when recording audio for presentations. The other license is in my colleague's name and is installed on her desk computer. I am leaving my department at the end of this week and so we need to switch the license associated with the computer in the conference room from my serial number to her serial number. How do we do that?
Thanks! I just tried that and got a message that it is "unable to connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again."
My internet connection seems to be fine (I can get to other websites), is this something you can help with, or do I need to call my company's IT help desk?
Hi Annette! You are welcome to reach out to our support team if you'd like to here. Hopefully your firewall is not blocking our activation servers though

You can deactivate the serial numbers from within the software installation, then re-activate with the correct numbers.
