Sync Animations

Hi,

I am having trouble with syncing my animations. I have done this many times using Articulate but for some reason am running into problems.

I have created my animations in PPT - when I play them in PPT they play correctly.

I go to Articualte to "Sync Animations" with my audio - everything plays right and syncs correctly. But once I preview or publish the animations they are not synced they way I recorded them in Articulate - some don't show up at all.

Any suggestions?

Hi Patricia!

If you are experiencing issues with your animations, a good place to start would be to refer to this blog entry.

And while Presenter supports the vast majority of PowerPoint animations, it does not support them all. For a list of supported animations, please see this article.

Also, you can refer to our online documentation regarding syncing your animation timings with your audio here and here.
