I'm using Windows 7 and Presenter '09. When I click on the Sync Animations button nothing happens; the window that normally displays does not pop up at all. The same is true for the Record Narration and Add Annotation buttons. Has anyone ever had this happen before? How do you fix it?
I'm doing everything the same way I've always done and it has worked perfectly in the past. Is this an Articulate issue or Windows?
Help! I'm on a deadline and need to get this going. Thanks.
Thanks, Brian - I installed the VB piece. After doing everything as shown in the video, the buttons still do not work. I also went to the Disabled Items, nothing appeared in the disabled items box. Any other ideas? Should I uninstall/re-install?
Just to follow-up, we were able to resolve the issue by performing a complete uninstall (including cleaning registry items) and reinstalling the software.

Hi Brian & welcome to Heroes,
I apologize for the issues that you're having. Can you try installing Visual Basic for Applications by using the method in the link below?

Hi Brian,
What version of PowerPoint are you using?
I'm on MS Office Enterprise 7 and on Presenter '09 (V6.3.1009.1313 Pro).
Hi Brian,
I just sent you a private message about meeting with me online. Hopefully, we can get the issue resolved via Gotomeeting.
Thanks,
Brian
