We migrated to Office 365 and have Flash Player 25 ActiveX, now the "Sync Animations" button is not responsive. I was able to open it up once today, and now it is completely dead. The PP opens up and I can use the "Import Audio" and " Audio Editor", but still get no response when I click on "Sync Animations". Please help!

Articulate Studio '13 works with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office 2007-2016, except:
* Web-based versions of Office 365
* Mobile versions of Office 365
* Click-to-run versions of Office 2010

It sounds like you may be using the web based version of Office 365? Is your IT team able to check and assist with that?
