I have a question is there an easier way to synchronize audio to text. Currently I have to listen to the audio, write down the times, then go to custom animations and click on show advance timeline to kind of synchronize the text one by one. Hopefully I'm explaining this correctly.
My goal is to synchronize bullet points to audio narration one by one. I wish there was a better timeline to do this were I could see narration and animation at the same time?

The easiest way to sync your animations is to set them all to on click and the follow the steps outlined in this tutorial:
