Tab only accessible from certain slides

Any bright ideas on how to make a Presenter tab accessible only from certain slides? I have a tab that I only want accessible from one slide. So far, the only way I can think of to achieve this is to set up all the slide views to "Slide Only" except for the one slide that I want the tab accessible from. It would be nice to still be able to use the Articulate playbar controls so I am wondering if there any workarounds where I can avoid using the "Slide Only" view. Thanks for any tips.

maybe put the information from that tab into a kind of popup window (duplicate slide with the new content) then put a button on that one page. the button will take them to the new slide. Then use the branching from that new slide to re-enter the course.
i'm assuming if its on the tab, they don't have to click it
Thanks Dwayne. I should have mentioned that the slide I need them to access the tab from is a slide with a quiz on it. So, I don't want to take them away from that slide because they will have to start the quiz all over again when they come back. I'm thinking now that some kind of rollover might be good. I think David Anderson posted some kind of rollover generator that I am trying to track down now.
