Tabbed options

I am creating a text-heavy course with no narration. I want to pull the background/history out of the body of the presentation and put it in a tab. However, I have a hyperlinked format using PPT slides, that I'd like to use instead of one of the pre-formatted engage slides. Is it possible to attach a series of hyperlinked slides as a tab or an attachment? This would be set up in PowerPoint and published in Articulate Presenter, as a separate entity.

Think of it as taking one of Tom Kuhlman's hyperlinked trainings and hanging it from he top of the screen of anoher presentation. I just want to lighten the load of the main body of the informational presentation/training. 

All ideas are welcome. I have to have a sample of some ideas by Monday.
