Tabs Not Working

Our company is in the process of upgrading our Learning Management System (Plateau).  We're moving from 6.3 to 6.4 and during testing we've found that published training products with Attachments, Glossaries, etc on the Tabs menu no longer work in this newer version.  Does anyone have any experience with:

a. The Plateau LMS and upgrade problems

b. Issues involving tabs not working

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
