Target Frame on Exit

I have both Presenter and Storyline.  I am generally staying with Presenter because it supports PPT better with bullets and such.

For a regular project, I had built a .swf button that would open a target web page in the same browser frame.

In Storyline I found that I could do the same thing with a hyperlink setting.  But in Presenter I can only create a new browser frame or play it in the Articulate player.

The .swf limits the iOS options, so I'd like to get rid of it.

Is there a way that I can do the same thing I can do in Storyline in Presenter so that the target page plays in the same browser frame when a button is clicked?
